Shipping cost is calculated using the weight and dimensions of the product(s) ordered based on selected shipping method.
The supplier has applied an additional Handling fee to this order, which will be displayed in your shopping cart.

Terms & Conditions
1.Acceptances - All orders are subject to RACO’s acceptance.
2.Terms - Customer will supply all credit information that may be necessary to determine proper credit rating. Customers issuing purchase order numbers shall pay net thirty (30)days following the date of shipment, for the products purchased from RACO. The unpaid balance of any invoice from RACO to customer remaining unpaid after thirty (30) days of the date of shipment of the products by RACO to customer shall accrue service fees at the rate of one and one- half (1 ½%) percent per month, until paid. Also, MasterCard and Visa credit cards (only) are accepted and only after proper authorization is obtained.
3. Freight Charges - All shipments are F.O.B. RACO factory, unless specified differently. Freight is prepaid by RACO and added to invoice. Normal shipments are made UPS ground. Shipper’s fees are subject to change without notice.
4. Expediting Charges - Expediting charges by RACO is 15% of equipment invoice price. This does not include Express freight charges, and, Express freight charges are not refundable by RACO.
5. Delivery Schedules - Delivery schedules given by RACO are based on best information and estimates at the time given, but are not guaranteed by RACO. In no event shall RACO be liable for consequential or special damages on account of delay due to any cause.
6. Returns - No merchandize may be returned without written authorization or Return Material Authorization Number issued. The product serial number and a detailed description of the problem the customer is experiencing must be supplied by the customer. Products being returned to the factory must be securely packaged, insured and freight prepaid. No refunds will be given for returns after 45 days.
7. Restocking Charges - New products being returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the list price of the product, plus any charges necessary to correct for damage or missing parts to make product like new. No products will be accepted for restocking after 45 days from shipment.
8. Minimum Repair Charge - If any RACO product should require repair or replacement, please contact a Customer Service Representative using our toll free number (1- 800- 722-6999). Model and serial number is required. A proper course of action will be determined and instructions provided with best estimate of costs. If instructed to return product for repair, the Minimum Repair Charge is $100.00.
9. Software Return Policy - RACO’s return policy for software product, that was shipped and invoiced from RACO to customer, reflects current policy of industry software developers. This does not apply to free software provided by RACO from web site or other means. Software packages may be returned to RACO only if all conditions below are met and subject to a 15% restocking fee. A) The disks are in an envelope with the copyright license, and envelope has NOT been opened. If you open the envelope, you accept the license and software may not be returned for credit. B) All packaging is as it was when shipped, i.e. clean and not marked on. All inserts, cards, registration forms, etc. received must be returned. C) You agree that you will erase any and all copies of the software you may have made for backup or other purposes. D) The return is made within 30 days from date of shipment. A Return material authorization is required from RACO.
10. General - The above conditions and provisions constitute and are essential portions of any agreement with RACO. No prior agreement, oral or in writing, shall have any validity, force or effect whatever unless incorporated herein. Should any provision or condition or Customer’s order conflict with any provision herein contained, the provision of this agreement shall prevail and be binding. The rights and obligations under this agreement shall be governed by the Laws of the State of California. Errors and omissions by RACO may be corrected by RACO, if any, all, or a part of one or more of the terms and conditions of this agreement should be declared illegal by any court of law, such part or such term or terms be considered deleted from this agreement, the remaining to be unaffected and in full force and effect.
